When utilizing Sovereign Systems (such as YourCelf appliances), all local inference and data processing occur entirely on your private hardware. We have zero access to the cryptographic keys or local datasets hosted within your enclave.

By accessing or utilizing any software, website, or hardware product built by Lil Dog Productions, LLC ("LDP"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of the Services.
All code, models, branding, interfaces, and content provided through our Services are the exclusive intellectual property of Lil Dog Productions, LLC and are protected under copyright and trademark law. You may not reverse-engineer, duplicate, or redistribute our closed-source products without explicit written licensing.
For physical products (e.g., Speedform sculptures, YourCelf appliances): Due to the handcrafted and limited-batch nature of our production, minor imperfections are expected and do not constitute a defect. For Software processing physical data, LDP is not liable for data loss once the hardware is in your physical possession.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lil Dog Productions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services. In no event shall LDP's total liability exceed the physical cost paid for the product or service in question.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
